Come support local middle and high school vocal groups as they compete to see who is the best! Each program will earn at least $200 for participating. The River Cities Jubilee Chorus presents Sing Out 2016! Vote on your favorite choir performance. The winning choir will win $1,000, 2nd place $600, 3rd $400. All choirs will get $200 for participating!
